Purchase
Our milk is sold on the understanding that it will be consumed by the purchaser and not resold.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address as stated when placing the order and in a timely manner.
Upon placing an order for milk delivery, you confirm that suitable arrangements have been made to receive the delivery including any special delivery instructions as to a safe place to leave your delivery when placing the order. In the event of a parcel being stolen from your safe place, we cannot accept responsibility, and any compensation is purely at the discretion of Simply Raw Milk. To avoid delay or milk being returned to the Farm if no safe place has been notified and you are not available to take delivery the courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave your consignment. If the delivery has to be returned to the depot, we will not accept any responsibility for the delay in you receiving the consignment. We will also not accept responsibility should thee not be a post box in which to leave an unable to deliver or return to depot notice.
If delivery is requested outside of our published delivery area, then an extra delivery charge will apply that must be paid before despatch.
Should your delivery be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, we will not accept responsibility for the delay.
Any delivery delay should be notified to raw@simplyrawmilk.co.uk within 24hours of expected delivery time quoting your name and postcode.
Cancellations or Amendments
Should wish to cancel, amend or suspend your regular delivery for instance during a holiday period you can do this via your PayPal account; you should also give us seven days notice of the change at raw@simplyrawmilk.co.uk. All orders delivered prior to your cancellation date will still be required to be paid in full.
If you suspend an order for a period, deliveries will resume once payment from PayPal resumes.
